Lychee Corn Juice

When I feel stressed I usually need refreshment from a cold fresh fruit beverage. I often experiment with various fruits--lemon or kalamansi, apple, banana, guava, pineapple, what have you. But for a quick one, I often have a Lychee Corn juice. You won't find this in any food or grocery store or recipe. It's hopia soup intellectual property and it's guaranteed to be something different.

Lychee Corn Juice doesn't have any lychee but the concoction tastes like it has. It's purely ice cold water, 5ml purple corn juice, plus wild honey and lemon. All natural, of course. You get all the vitamins and micro nutrients you need. And best of all, it tastes delicious, refreshing, and renews your vigor for work--like writing blogs. If you like, you can even add fresh buko juice for an extra fruity twist. It's extremely yummy, to the max! See the hyper superlative? How effective is it?

Before that, let me share with you. As a kid I was fond of experimenting on juices. I was tired of powdered ones or those that came in syrups, and anyway I found out later that they were nothing but synthetic colors and flavors. Poison eventually. That disappointed me so much because I thought I was getting all the fruit health goodness from them. So I started experimenting with fresh fruits.

The good news about it is that, you'd never go wrong with fresh fruits. And among my favorites was my santol tea con lemon. It was easy and cheap to prepare. Just peel and chop soury santol and soak in tea with lemon for 3 hours in your refrigerator. Add wild honey or molasses and that's it. How did it taste? Like hopia soup.

Anyway, my further experiments brought me thus far to Lychee Corn Juice. I have come up with lots of unique health beverages using purple corn as a color base. Purple corn pigment, by the way, is ultra rich in anthocyanin, a very powerful antioxidant. So, how effective is it? That's how.

I mean, anthocyanin is a powerful energizer and refresher--like hopia soup. It sharpens your mind and energizes your body to the max. Just don't take more than enough or it will make you sleepy. It's good at night if you want a sound sleep. So I often enjoy Lychee Corn Juice to both perk me up and make me sleepy. Depends on the mixing potency. For an energy perk, 5ml of the corn juice is enough.

And with this unique hopiasoup beverage you get more energetic with hopia-soup activities and adventures. Like today, I'd be in a strange new dimension of our office to do something different. I have a new corner there where I am gradually building a world of my own--a hopia soup world. Probably I'd feature it here soon on this blog as a kind of Lychee Corn Juice special.
